5 favorites things :

Spending Time with My Husband

It’s all the simple things like going for a stroll, or walk our dog together. Sitting with a cup of coffee in our favorite cafe or watching TV while curling up on a sofa. The list can go on as you can imagine...

My dog
Oscar is a ray of sunshine in my life. We have our moments, of course, because this baby can be super stubborn,  but I can’t imagine my life without him and he loves me in his own unique way. He is my little tail who follows me almost 24/7 and I am his mummy he can’t be without.

Travelling
I love travelling. Discovering new places or visiting old favourites that often feel almost like second home.

Sunshine
We are not spoilt for sunshine over here, especially in winter months. Sunshine gives me energy, inspiration and so much joy (and some vitamin D, too). I could never get enough of it.

My job
I am a nutritional therapist, which basically means that I develop eating programmes for people who want to use healing power of foods to deal with a certain health problem or lose weight. It’s always really rewarding to see how my clients feel healthier and happier in a matter of weeks. It makes me very happy.

Life lessons :

1. Never copy anyone. Be who you want to be. We are all unique, our bodies and mind. Discover your personal style and perfect it.

2. Be in love with yourself. Not in a vain kind of way, but nurturing and caring one. This will help you improve yourself, both physically and mentally by taking care of your body, your wardrobe, and, of course, your intellect.

3. When in doubt, always consult a person who knows you best – yourself. People have no idea what’s going on in your mind even if you are an open book. Ok, you may make mistakes from time to time, but you will learn from it. On the other hand, you may get opportunities you could have missed if you followed somebody else’s advice.

4. Never buy in bulk. Instead, invest in a few good quality pieces that will last you for years to come. Update them seasonally with new accessories and shoes. And always ALWAYS buy things you are truly in love with, not those that are just momentum likes.
